Detective Jasin Swy
Background and Experience
Jasin is a 13 year veteran of one of the largest police agencies in the State of Arizona and has served in an undercover capacity with a Human Exploitation and Trafficking Unit for over half of his career. Jasin is also a member of a task force in the Phoenix Metro area specializing in Human Trafficking with Title 18 authority. He has led and or participated in numerous large-scale multi jurisdictional human trafficking investigations across Arizona to include the PGA Tour Phoenix Open, Super Bowl, Barrett Jackson Auto Auction. He helped develop and teach the Human Trafficking UC/Decoy School for AZPOST training in Arizona. Jasin has conducted investigation types to include in-person undercover work, Pimps, Illicit Massage Parlors, Juvenile Rescue/Recovery, Adult Trafficking, Child Predator Operations and Customer Apprehension Projects (buyer focus).
The Drive Behind the Mission
Jasin has a true passion for protecting and assisting children. The goal for Dolos Concepts is to empower Law Enforcement to hunt the predators, and step in front of the children at risk by conducting prosecutable proactive operations to hold offenders accountable.
Jasin's drive stems from being a foster parent in the State of Arizona for over a decade and has had 26 children in his home during that span. He is a father to six children ranging from 6 to 15 and has been involved in cases where predators online show interest in all ages.
Spreading awareness of social media grooming and predatory tactics online has also been a driving point for him, as he understands the value of having meaningful conversations and informing other parents, caregivers and educators on the potential harm that can occur initially through a digital screen or game console.
Jasin has been able to spread his knowledge as an AZPOST instructor and train LEO's across numerous platforms in order to force multiply proactive child predator operations across the country. Venues that he has taught at include RMIN/RISS Western Regional Summit on Trafficking, International JUsT Conference, Arizona Call to Action Trafficking Summit, Shared Hope International Keep Our Kids Safe event, numerous police recruit classes and live Proactive Trafficking operations with law enforcement spanning across majority of the State of Arizona and numerous other states.
