Dolos Concepts LLC works alongside law enforcement under direct agency supervision, providing operational support during active investigations/operations targeting child exploitation and human trafficking activity. Your agency will have full operational control of how you want to conduct your operation within your agency to include arrest teams, surveillance, arrest locations, etc. Dolos Concepts LLC is available nationwide to assist with interested agencies regardless of the department size. 

Dolos Concepts LLC does not operate independently and is embedded alongside law enforcement during operations in your jurisdiction as a consultant/SME. Typical logistics of a pre-planned operation includes a full day of instruction to law enforcment on the concepts, UC Chatting, App/Platform UC setup of personas, decoy use etc. Following the training day it has shown to be beneficial and productive that the agency conducts a Child Predator Operation for 2 days for the now trained investigators/agents/detectives to hone their chatting skills during a live operation. It is very condusive with the presence of Dolos Concepts/Affiliates to assist with trouble shooting questions, chat navigation and walk throughs in person on site and in real time. The goal is to be able to train an agency from start to finish on how to run a successful operation, and the ability for the agency to replicate it in the future independently on proactive trafficking operations for your jurisdiction. 

Cases that are generated will be done so by law enforcement in the jurisdiction of the operation, preferably those who received the Dolos Concepts training beforehand. Your agency will be the case agent, and appear to any follow up court appearances. If necessary Dolos Concepts/Affiliates can be made available for testimony on a case by case basis. 

Travel and Lodging associated with training and operations will be paid by the agency requesting Dolos Concepts LLC to attend unless otherwise notated.
